Today I was able to participate in a one day fundraiser for Susan G. Komen sponsored by Massage Envy. I was greeted by a wonderful group of people at my local Massage Envy. They welcomed me with a smile. I filled out a form that would tell my masseuse what type of massage would work best for me.
This is my wonderful masseuse, Rita. This woman has magic hands! By the time she finished, I was a puddle of jello. I felt relaxed and invigorated at the same time. I remembered to drink a lot of water today to help flush out the toxins released by the massage. What a great way to treat myself and support a great cause at the same time.
