Stress Management

Michelle has created a stress management presentation and program called Just Breathe. It is ten simple steps to stress less living. She put together this program as a response to her own stress level as a busy mom and caregiver. She has brought together over 25 years of stress management techniques she has learned from teaching drug prevention for the Navy, and both parenting and marriage classes. She has made multiple presentations to local organizations.
